Privacy notice

Who we are

Soft Sun Studio. You can contact us at hello@softsunstudio.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email address, any message, the sessions or devices you picked, and a note that you agreed we may contact you. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking or advertising tools.

Why

To tell you when sessions and devices are ready, and to reply to your message. Nothing else.

Where it goes

Your details are stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare. We never sell or share them, and the form does not send any automatic emails.

How long

Until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to tell you about sessions and devices. We review what we hold regularly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@softsunstudio.co.uk, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
